The electronic directories "Telephone book" and "Yellow Pages" in the Internet are compiled by Deutsche Telekom Medien GmbH and contract publishers from the official material of the Deutsche Telekom AG.

The directories enable the user to find telephone numbers of the telephone service of the Deutsche Telekom AG, as well as additional information the subscriber released for publishing. The use of the transmitted data is only available for this purpose.

Use and processing for any other purpose is only permitted under the laws of the requirements of the German data protection law, especially the federal data protection law.

Any misappropriate use or exploitation is prohibited.

Especially the complete or partly usage of the electronic directories "Telephone book" and "Yellow Pages" in the Internet for commercial processing of addresses, a commercial inquiry system or as a basis or tool for compiling subscriber or address lists or other directories in any way and in any medial form (print, electronical, on CD-Roms and so on) as well as reading out of the directories in the Internet to the above mentioned purposes is not permitted and will be prosecuted by the existing law.

We are neither liable for the availability of the information system nor for the correctness and completeness of the data of the directories.

The German law applies.

Terms of business for the e-mail service

General information

The e-mail service of DeTeMedien and the contract publishers is in a starting and introductory phase. It is based on self entries of T-Online and Internet users, which participate in the nation wide and/or the international e-mail system and is compiled by the parts e-mail inquiry and e-mail self entry.

We are neither liable for the availability of the information system nor for the correctness and completeness of the data of the directories.

The German law applies.

Terms of business e-mail inquiry

Via the e-mail inquiry the finding of e-mail addresses as well as additionally published information of subscribers who entered their entry is enabled.

For the correctness and completeness of the e-mail address data as well as the additionally published information the subscribers who entered their entries are responsible. The provider is not liable for them.

Terms of business e-mail self entry

The subscriber who entered his entry is responsible for his e-mail address data as well as any additionally published information. It is solely his responsibility to clear questions about competition, trade mark, copyright and rights to names before adding his entry to the e-mail service. In case of claim by 3^rd parties the subscriber who entered his entry is solely liable, so he releases the provider of claim by 3^rd parties.

Not permitted are unethical additional information, in particular such as:

1. to goad up into racism or to glorify or play down violence,
2. to glorify war,
3. pornographically or sexually indecency,
4. obviously suitable to morally harm children and teenagers or
5. to point out offers with the above mentioned contents.

The provider reserves the right to not publish information of the self entries for important reasons resp. to delete them from the e-mail service, especially if they collide with the above mentioned regulations.

A right for publishing the self entry does not result by that.

In the starting and introductory phase the publishing of additional information is free of charge. The provider reserves the right to charge the publications at a given time.
